Our commitment is to:

• Provide the best opportunities for children and young people to experience stability, security and a positive experience of family life to help them achieve their full potential
• Recruit a variety of foster carers in order to meet the individual needs of children in care. Raise awareness of the shortage of foster carers.
• Help our foster carers fulfil their potential to become excellent carers providing them with specialised local training, dedicated support and a competitive fostering allowance.
• Fully support our carers at all times; our Out of Hours Emergency Duty service is covered 24hrs/ 365 days a year by our social worker team.
• Be responsive to the needs of local authorities seeking to place children with our carers. We work closely with our foster carers, Supervising Social Workers and Local Authorities when matching children to a foster family.

Outlook Fostering are looking for potential carers who want to make a difference to the lives of children and young people.

We are seeking people who have experience of raising or working with children, who can provide a stable and nurturing home to a child or teenager who is unable to be cared for by their birth family.
