Adhering to the Every Child Matters Outcomes, Outlook brings children together with appropriate carers, ensuring happy, child-centred placements and, as children´s needs change, so do our care solutions.
Over 70% of our looked after children stay with their carers on a long term basis thanks to our careful selection and matching process between carer and young person.
To ensure that this tradition of success continues here at Outlook we have our unique Permanency Project. The project´s aims are geared towards long term fostering placements with a view to special guardianship and adoption to push that already high percentage even higher.
